Amouage

Amouage is a luxury perfume house, founded in Oman in 1983 by His Highness Sayyid Hamad bin Hamoud al bu Said, who envisioned restoring the esteemed Arabian art of perfumery to the region. Amouage masterfully blends traditional Middle Eastern ingredients such as agarwood, incense, musk, rose, and spices with the expertise of world-renowned perfumers. Its first fragrance, now known as Amouage Gold, was created by French perfumer Guy Robert, famed for his creations for Hermes, Dior, and Rochas. The brand's iconic bottles, inspired by the Palace Ruwi Mosque in Muskat and the traditional dagger of Oman, encapsulate the rich cultural heritage and exquisite craftsmanship that define Amouage.
